At Lasko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home comfort solutions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the product in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
